Being a Redikall Healing Student, you are aware that there is a difference between casually stepping forward and putting your best foot forward. 
You could be doing things out of unawareness or out of compulsion or based on your casual approach. However, when you put your best foot forward, you are putting your heart and soul in it. You are being 100 percent present with the best of your ability and skills. You are giving your best. 
In fact when you are not putting your best foot forward, you may cheat the world,  you may feel a kind of regret, uneasiness and even a guilt feeling.
