What is the duration?
Online meets are usually for 90 minutes. Onsite meets are for 150 minutes once in a week. For the best result, you need to continue for 3 months. However, for individuals who are signing up for an exclusive personalised mentoring may need up to one month.
The Program is online?
This program is online. However, this program may be available onsite in select cities.
What if I can not attend the regular sessions?
If you have signed up for an exclusive personalised mentoring program, you will be able to reschedule with prior notice.
If you have signed up for the group mentoring, the recording will be available to you after the session is over. You can view that and catch up with the program.

How does this program work?
We have online group sessions every week, followed by daily homework of 15 minutes max.
For the 'Lite' (free group) sessions, we choose one topic a week and discuss various ways of rising above your problems with the recharged positivity.
For the group mentoring we follow the request presented by one of the group members based on the urgency or importance, relevant to the group.
For the person who signs up an exclusive personalised mentoring, we go with the personalised request based on the current or past unresolved issues and reach the core consciousness to have a better overview of the current challenges and more effective response to address and rise beyond these challenges.
If you have signed up for the group mentoring, mentor and co-mentor can be contacted through WhatsApp or email in between the session.

Do we have any daily practice?
You will be asked to address certain issues or recite some of the Redikall Statements and report how you implemented what you learned during the session.

The timing of the online and onsite sessions depends upon the batch you choose to join. Kindly confirm the timing before you make the payment.
