Breathe in deep through the Root Chakra located at the tip of the coccyx and breathe out flushing out blocks in the chakra through the same. (Try and imagine breathing in deep through the Root Chakra and breathing out through the Root Chakra)
Repeat 7 to 21 times.

Include the following items in your diet today -
Breakfast: egg white or sprout cutlets or salad, red fruits (apple, strawberries etc.), milk or soya milk.
Munching: 10 raisins or 3 dates
Lunch: minced meat preparation (optional), minced soya or sprout preparation, besan roti or multigrain bread, carrot salad with yoghurt dressing.
Mid Meal munching: pop corns
Dinner: lentil or chicken soup, brown rice or khichdi, multigrain bread, paneer or tofu preparation.
Bed Time: milk or soya milk (optional)
Focus on healing your equation with the material world and material comforts.
If there is any discontent, tendency to ignore or forsake what you have, in search for what you don't have, it is time to make the list of various unhealthy emotions you may have towards the material comforts you have or don't have yet.

Repair or replace old appliances.Choose any activity which connects you to the material world today.
For e.g. - service your gadgets and appliances, polish your car, arrange your furniture, repair the gadgets which are not working, change the batteries of some of the gadgets, etc.
Reconsider your old collection and give them an appropriate place in your universe.
Honour the material comforts you have around you.
Your gratitude could make a big difference to the inanimate objects and the material world around you. Never fail to acknowledge their role in your life. Never disregard their contribution. Today is the day when you say 'thank you', to all of them.
The last thoughts at bedtime can have a wonderful positive effect on your Root Chakra.
Make a note of all the material stuff that has made your life so comfortable and made a significant difference in the way you live your life. Write that down in your gratitude diary.
