Breathe in the energy of the Mother Earth and breathe out all unpleasant feelings towards your mother and mother figures.

Make a list of various unhealthy emotions you may have towards your mother.
For e.g. - Anger towards your mother, fear, hatred, resentment, etc. possibly due to her attitude towards you or others, traumas caused due to her presence or behaviour, your hurts and borrowed beliefs which are no longer working for you, etc.
Remember your description of your mother is your own perception, as every sibling would describe the same mother in a different way and would have different equations with her and different feelings towards her.
What you perceived in your mother may be different from the truth.

For e.g. - Search for objects, presents, gifts, inherited items from your mother. Dust them, polish them, re-organise them with due love and respect.
Write a letter or draft an email to her (you may not post the letter).
Do something which your mother wanted you to do and perhaps you never did it so far.
If possible call or meet her and speak to her.
If your mother is no longer in her body, do some charity work on her behalf.
Meditate and do prayers on her behalf.

It's the time to recognise what has favoured you, helped you, aided you and supported you. Say 'thank you'.
Think of expressing your gratitude to your mother. Mention 10 things related to her, express your gratitude and write in your gratitude diary before bedtime.
