The objective of today's Root Chakra workout is to establish a powerful energetic connection with your father and the ultimate father.
The Redikall Foundation Statements create a powerful energetic beginning of the day.
You may either read them 7 times or for best results you may write them 7 times each.
Breathe in deep through the Root Chakra located at the tip of the coccyx and collect the positive energy from your father and as you breathe out flush out blocks in the chakra towards your father.
Breathe in the energy of the Sun and breathe out all unpleasant feelings towards your father or father figures. (Try and imagine breathing in deep through the Root Chakra and breathing out through the Root Chakra)
Repeat 7 to 21 times.
This is a recommended diet for the Root Chakra. Kindly consult your dietitian and physician for personalised guidance. If you have high uric acid or gout, kindly avoid all high protein diet.
Include the following items in your diet today -
Breakfast: baked potatoes / yam / sweet potatoes / soya nugget cutlets or sprouted beans (milk or soya milk / 50 ml. milk of groundnut / cashew nuts / walnuts)
For munching: 10 almonds or 5 cashew nuts
Lunch: egg preparation (optional) , green gram curry, mixed flour roti or multigrain bread, onion and beetroot salad.
Mid meal munching: roasted peanuts
Dinner: dal shorba or soup, rassam, brown rice or khichdi, multigrain bread or roti , mixed veg salad with thick yogurt.
Bed Time: milk or soya milk (optional).
Focus on healing your equation with your father and father figures today.
Heal your emotions related to your father.
Make a list of various unhealthy emotions you may have towards your father.
For e.g. - Anger towards your father, fear, hatred, resentment, etc. possibly due to his attitude towards you or others, traumas caused due to his presence or behaviour, your hurts and borrowed beliefs which are no longer working for you, etc.
Remember your description of your father is your own perception, as every sibling would describe the same father in a different way and would have different equations with him and different feelings towards him.
What you perceived in your father may be different from the truth.
You may make your own Redikall Healing statements, by simply replacing ***** with the appropriate statement.
You may replace this ***** with the adverse emotional charge you have against your father.

Choose any activity which connects you to your father today.
For e.g. - search for objects, presents, gifts, inherited items from your father. Dust them, polish them, re-organise them with due love and respect.
Write a letter or draft an email to him (you may not post the letter).
Do something which your father wanted you to do and perhaps you never did it so far.
If possible call or meet him and speak to him.
If your father is no longer in his body, do some charity work on his behalf.
Meditate and do prayers on his behalf.

Whatever may be your perception about your father's behaviour and conduct, he surely contributed to you in someway.
For instance, your genetics, your health, your body, your perceptions and feelings.
The last thoughts at bedtime can have a wonderful positive effect on your Root Chakra.
Spend a few minutes thinking of the contribution your father has made in your life.
Make a note of 10 things you would be grateful towards your father.
For some reason, if you can not think of any contribution, heal your equation with your father or father figure.
If it is still difficult or if there has been minimum contribution from your father, express the gratitude to the ultimate father figure you can think of.
