Breathe in deep through the Root Chakra located at the tip of the coccyx and collect the positive energy from your house and as you breathe out, flush out blocks in the chakra towards your house. (Try and imagine breathing in deep through the Root Chakra and breathing out through the Root Chakra)

Even if you are an unwilling resident in your house, your residence has provided you with certain level of infrastructure and set up to make your life comfortable.
You may not be happy with all that you have got. However, it's the time to recognise what has favoured you, helped you, aided you and supported you. Say 'thank you'.
