I choose to thrive in human life. I make the best out of the material resources available to me.
You are human, on this planet for the material experience. Make the best out of every moment of your existence in this physical body. Do not just aim at merely surviving, instead constantly choose to thrive in life.
In the pursuit of spiritual growth, ensure that you are doing enough justice to your physical existence as a human. Look at the possibility of remaining connected to the ground reality, ground level existence, stabilising in relationships and profession you are in, remaining connected to your roots, i.e. your family lineage, seeking and experiencing all round material abundance.
You are a spiritual being who’s here for material/earthly experience. As you may desire spiritual and personal growth, there is a subconscious tendency to lose interest in the material world. However, it is not by forsaking material life, but by doing full justice to material life you are creating a sound foundation for your phenomenal growth. You have to escape from nothing to reach anywhere. Being where you are, you can avail what you wish for. Be like a magnificent tree with very firm grounding and at the same time, reaching higher towards the sky. You can seek spiritual experiences in material existence and material growth as you pursue a spiritual life. These are not separate worlds. They are two sides of the same coin, inseparable facets of the whole. Honour your house made up of bricks, ores and wood. Honour your food. Honour your clothes. Honour the ground under your feet. Honour your body and need for physical comfort of your body. Honour this life as this is a unique gift given to you.

Traditionally 7 major chakras are known to the world. However different schools have different opinions. Most schools agree upon the existence of 7 major Chakras. Redikall Healing goes beyond 7 Major chakras and describe several minor chakras. Now you would wonder, what is the difference between major and minor chakras? Each one of the 7 major chakras correspond to an important gland which in turn governs the body. For example, Root Chakra is related to Adrenalin gland, Sacral chakra is related to ovaries or testicles, Solar Chakra influences Pancreas, Heart Chakra influences thymus gland; throat chakra influences thyroid, Third eye chakra influences pituitary and crown chakra influences pineal gland.
Aura is an energy field in and around our body. Our physical body is soaked in the pool of energy like a piece of sponge in a water body. The energy flows in and out of our body freely. However when we think in a manner, which is not in alignment and integrity with who we are, the flow of energy often gets obstructed, resulting in stagnation. This stagnation is a precursor of dis-ease
Chakras are powerful Energy Centres. They rotate like a whirlpool in a top loading washing machine. When we think negatively, these thoughts gets lodged in the whirlpool, hampering the free flow of energy giving us a feeling of dis-ease.
We have the knowledge of 7 Major Chakras and 250 + Minor Chakras.
