Breathe in deep through the Root Chakra located at the tip of the coccyx and collect the positive energy from your body and as you breathe out, flush out blocks in the chakra towards your body.
(Try and imagine breathing in deep through the Root Chakra and breathing out through the Root Chakra)
This is a recommended diet for the Root Chakra. Kindly consult your dietitian and physician for personalised guidance. If you have high uric acid or gout, kindly avoid all high protein diet.
Include the following items in your diet today -
Breakfast: meat or dhokla (steamed chick pea), milk or soya milk.
For munching: 5 pistachio or 10 cashew nuts
Lunch: fish or chicken (optional), white bean curry, mixed flour roti or multigrain bread, cucumber and cheese salad.
Mid meal munching: roasted chiwra.
Dinner: tomato or chicken soup, brown rice or khichdi, multigrain bread or roti, mixed green and paneer or tofu preparation.
Bed Time: milk or soya milk (optional).
Focus on healing your equation with your physical body today.
Heal your emotions related to your body.
Make a list of various unhealthy emotions you may have towards your body in general or specific attributes of your body.
For e.g. - Anger at being overweight, feeling of inferiority at being dark complexioned, any illness / disease, etc.
If there is any feeling of dislike towards any part of the body or your full body, today is the day to address that. You have been gifted with a wonderful body.

Check how could you make your body feel special and taken care of? Do exactly that.
If your body has been demanding enough 'rest' give rest to the body today. If your body is demanding exercise, please exercise as per the body's need today.
Connect to the body and listen to your body. Your body may have several stories to tell you.
Your body is the ultimate gift you have received in this universe. No other gift could be as precious as your body. However, not always you have been appreciating the way you need to appreciate.
Your body has a unique consciousness and would love to be acknowledged by you today.
